Clean rooms great location friendly staff. Access to vehicle was a hassle going down two different elevators to get to basement. Room service was a little slow, sometimes had to call several times to get questions answered. I would definitely stay here but recommend staff to have more efficient service even if the service is great!

The staff, they were so well organised, managed and so polite.

Clean room, nice service, beautiful site. They give a delicious tea upon arrival. Food at the Mekong Restaurant is wonderful. Buggy (golf cart) drivers are very nice. They don’t really have a business center for working, though. Disappointed in extra charge for beds on beach, though the lounge chairs are nice. Glad that the breakfast at the Beach Club is adults only. Food was excellent.

One of the main reason I chose the hotel were photos on Expedia of the view from the Vivaldi Italian Restaurant and I often had dinner there. I enjoyed the singing at Christmas evening and the buffet at New Years evening. Excellent staff.
