ノース ロンドンでのラグジュアリー旅行

After we checked into the hotel, one of the staff came into our room and left sweets on our bed while we were out. While this is a lovely gesture we didn’t ask for them to come inside or leave the door on the clean the room option. I trust that the staff won’t steal but I felt as if some privacy had been invaded regarding our valuables and possible items which we don’t want others to see. Luckily we tidied before heading out to avoid this and we hid our embarrassing items and valuables. Other than this small detail it is an amazing hotel with incredible staff with a welcoming feel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

築年数にもよるのでしょうが、2基しかないエレベーターの動きが大変スローで、なかなか来ず、広さも狭めだったのが少し大変でした。お部屋はちょっと埃っぽい箇所もありましたが、想像よりは広くて使いやすかったです。フロントの対応はとてもスムーズでした。レスタースクエアの真ん前という立地は最高でした。

みなさん笑顔での対応が旅の不安を解消してくれました。チェックインでの会話スピードの速さに少し戸惑いました。 朝食のメニューが豊富で、どれも美味しく1日の良きスタートとなりました。

2026/5 GWに利用した為 料金は高かったですが、全てにおいてパーフェクトでした。 受付のリッキーさんは、英語が不慣れな私達にとても親切でした。 素晴らしい滞在でした。

レストランは非常に閑散としており、実際に食べてみるとあまり美味しくなく納得しました。パスタは硬いです。

Thank you for your hospitality the other day. I was deeply impressed by the kindness and wonderful hospitality of all the staff. The hotel and guest rooms were lovely, with a playful atmosphere, making for a very fulfilling stay. The breakfast was also very luxurious, and choosing what to eat was exciting. The access to the station was excellent, so I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit London!!!!

スタッフは親切です。最初部屋にバスタブなく話したらグレードアップしてくれました。こじんまりしたホテルですがあちこちへのアクセス良好です。

チェックイン前の時間に荷物を預かってもらおうとしたら、たまたま既に部屋が空いていて、準備ができていたようで、15時でなく、朝の9時にチェックインさせて、部屋を使わせてくれました。素敵💓なサービスでした。

スタッフの方は皆さんとても親切でした。 ホテル内のインテリア全てが洗練されていて、掃除も行き届いています。 小さなエレベーターが一つだけ、部屋によってUSBポートなかったりなど少し不便を感じる事がありました。 冷房はよくきいていました。
