Vancouver Coast Luxury Vacations

This was our second time at the Summit Lodge after loving it so much last year, we booked there again!! We love this property. It’s clean, very comfortable, nice staff at check-in, pleasant and professional cleaning crew, cool shuttle drivers, warm facility, and good vibes overall! They had some hot water issue during our stay (2 days) but we were notified in advance of arriving, so we came mentally prepared. Staff handled the situation with care and fixed the issue during the day while we were on the slopes. We were inconvenienced one night (no hot water) but managed to heat up water on stove to still take a tiny shower. These things happen and did not stop us to still enjoy our stay at this facility. We will be back for sure! On a related note, we found out that the Lodge actually credited us one night on our stay for the hot water inconvenience. This goes to show how considerate management is at this facility. It shows through the employees too!

Perfect stay. Staff very friendly and service oriented. Facilities in hotel and room of high quality, loved spending time in the spa, sauna and lounge after a day of skiing. The shuttle bus and lockers at the base of the mountain made the ski days a lot easier.

Stunning property with great views. I found the rooms not veey sound proof. I would get woken up from other people entering the rooms. The doors just close very loud. And the hot tub was luke warm, with it being cooler outside still it would of been nice for a bit more heat and jet pressure. But other then that the hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly, very clean.

Staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel is beautiful with comfortable beds. The location is great. It’s walkable to go to downtown shopping, the art gallery, theatres & restaurants. etc

The good: Staff is great. The pool is great, as well as the gym and hot tub. The bad: The room was fairly dated, we had a chip in the wall and the bathroom drain was not working fully. We also had empty bottle of shower gel when we arrived. For the Fairmont, you kind of expect everything to be perfect as I have stayed at lots of Fairmont properties before and this was the most underwhelming Fairmont experience I have had.

Great location. Cafe, eatery, shops, everything you need is walking distance. Friendly staff and helpful. Large rooms all have kitchenette. Nice hotel.
