Bay Area Luxury Vacations

This was my second stay at the Fairmont. My first stay was 5 stars all the way. The second time my room was tiny, the toilet ran, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, I called twice to the front desk for help or even acknowledgement of my situation. No return call or outreach. For the price I paid, it was not great customer service. Don’t know if I’ll return. I do believe the primary problem was they were booked up and understaffed. Disappointing.

The hotel was perfect, great location, clean and in a spot that was easy to get around Frisco!

Parking separate fee

Not a the great hotel I was expecting from the advertised hotel. Hotel has clearly seen better days but is struggling to meet the standards advertised. Staff were excellent, the view across the city (which I paid for) was amazing. The hotel is doing the bare minimum to keep its rating. I expected better.

Everything was clean and bright. Beds were very comfortable. Elevators were fast and often empty, all worked. Shower had great water pressure and two shower heads. Service was friendly and responded to text messaging fairly quickly. The light switch inside the door allows you to signal dnd or housekeeping and a colored light shows outside the door when chosen. No more door hang tags!! The one disappointing thing was regarding the room's television. There was no way to stream on the TV and the channels offered were limited. No way to watch Netflix or Prime at all, though wi fi was excellent.

Very nice property and location, with friendly staff and wonderful bath products. The bed was truly exceptional and very comfortable. My only fault is the hotel is feeling very 2000s luxe and dated (but the price is reflective of this to be fair)

Coffee not available in the morning was a bummer. Will go back though.
