Nice hotel. Liked the bottle refill station. Close to public transportation.

I have stayed here twice and definitely will do so again. The location could not be better. Superb restaurants within walking distance, proximity to Chinatown, cable car stop right in front and comfortable, clean rooms. The best staff I've ever encountered. A classy and elegant hotel with a long history.

Nice hotel, elegant public areas, and good exercise facilities. Breakfast and lunch restaurant was solid.

The staff was wonderful. Mostly our concierge, Steve. He went above and beyond to make our anniversary so special. We are planning to go back to San Francisco later this summer and the main reason we will stay at Clift Royal Sonesta is the service level that Steve provided us. Thank you so much.

Big room, beautiful atmosphere

The hotel staff was so welcoming and took extra care of our two children by bringing surprise cookies and milk to the room, kid size spa robes and slippers and gifts upon checkout. The food at Astra was delicious and the indoor pool was so much fun.

Yes . Pop mart, Nike , Victoria’s Secret were all near by . Staff is awesome.
