Accessible to train station. Nearby is an area nice to walk to anytime and shop/eat or visit the Osaka Castle - a pleasant surprise since it is quiet and plenty of trees!

Hotel is nice rooms are bigger and clean city view from our room was awesome specially at night the Osaka Skyline at night was beautiful me and my wife enjoyed our stay at Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka Japan

The good: the staff were friendly. Especially at breakfast. Laundry was awesome. The bad:The room was dirty looking. There was stains on the sheets and some dried food on the ground from a past guest. The carpets didn’t look great. Check in screens weren’t working so the pre check in process didn’t really mean much. On the way out, I asked to go to the lounge to get some water for my son, it was closed but it was just water for a kid, the front desk said I can’t go to the lounge but directed me to the vending machine.

The service was the best. The staff was super friendly and willing to help with anything with out having to be asked.

Very convenient to the airport with shuttle bus , close to Rinkutown Center , there’s a buffet restaurant inside the building and a family mart …. All the convenience you can ask for ! Plus there’s a self - service luggage storage … we will definitely check in again in this hotel next time we go back to Osaka

Many options for dining within the hotel. Breakfast buffet had a variety of menu items. The room was spacious and clean. We had a beautiful view of the river from our room.

Perfect stay! Great buffet breakfast, great amenities, staff were so lovely even offering a late check out no hassle. Awesome location and so close to everything. Beds were the comfiest of our trip to Japan!

A unique hotel with old world charm. Room was small but comfortable. Staff are kind and helpful. Entrance was a little hard to find but location is actually quite close to JR Osaka station once you figure out the right route. Also only a few minutes walk from the airport shuttle bus station.
