A super view at night, clean room, superb staff. But breakfast to me was somewhat odd; soup for breakfast? Just improve your breakfast. Thanks ! But, overall, I love the place and planning to come back next year.

Our room not look like 5 star hotel, I expected nicer room, the breakfast not much limited menu the same every day , I expected more, services is good, place is near shopping.

This is advertised as New Coast. When we got there the hotel had changed its name and was closed. The staff took us to the Diamond hotel in a van. The Diamond hotel Was excellent.

Excellent service very convenient to everything. I have stayed for everytime I visit Manila. Staff is excellent very helpful. The place is nice and clean.I think it’s one of the best place to stay in Makati.

Second time staying here. Amazing amazing AMAZING! Hospitality is of course always on point… Just an overall more than positive experience.

Overall i enjoyed my vacation the only thing need to improved is the wifi connection

Check in / front desk and guards are very helpful and they always greeted you with a smile. The place is very clean and new, just a simple suggestions, it would be nice if there’s a kitchen towel, pot holder to use inside the unit and instead of a small oven toaster, i think microwave will be more useful and additional socket adaptor for small kitchen appliances would be better as well, but overall experinece is excellent! The operator is also very considerate, almost forgot to mention that! you!
