Staff were so kind and allowed us to check in early before our event. Loved the pool and spa. Right in the middle of Broadbeach. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is very convenient to surfers

Laundry Service was essentially non existant. Over the 3 nights/days, not once was the room cleaned and guests would need to help themselves to the open Staff Only room for spare towels etc. Although each block of Units are 3 storey, there are no lifts, just 31 steps up and 31 steps down if staying on L3. I was unaware of this prior to booking. At no stage did I complain as we were only in for 3 days and the accommodation and bar were really good. Car parking underground and plenty of room for larger vehicles provided no higher than 2.2m.

Great location. Staff were helpful and exec lounge well worth it. Everything was clean and pool area was great as well.

Just an okay stay in a Studio Superior room - it just had a very old feel about it with very low ceilings, giving it a cramped feel. The room smelled quite a bit as well which was very odd so I bought some room fragrance and kept the balcony door open which improved things a little. However the noise from the pool was very loud - perhaps I should have asked for a different room. My fault for not raising my concerns with the staff. The rest of the resort was fine. I guess for the price it wasn't all bad.
