Great location!! We were able to walk to 90% of the attractions!!! Hotel was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was okay. Nothing great to write home about. Snacks offered for purchase, not good at all. Ice cream was freezer burnt or thawed at one point and then refrozen. The door man was AMAZING!! He was the face of our visit to the hotel and a definite Beni fit to the hotel. He was off Saturday and Sunday, the others lazy and didn’t even say hi. The stay , however was great!!

We were blown away that every single person associated with the hotel was kind, helpful, great at their job, accommodating, and basically wonderful. The hotel was amazingly clean, environmentally forward-thinking, safe, and handy to EVERYTHING in downtown Chicago. The best surprise was the massive breakfast buffet that was included in the price of the room. The breakfast accommodated a steady stream of guests and never ran out of the ample variety of food. It was the perfect way to begin each day. Another treat: the rooftop bar and the hotel bar. Excellent service and skilled bar-tenders. It's a gem and don't hesitate to book a room in this hotel.

Stayed for a weekend trip. Staff were extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the property and city in general. Room arrangement and amenities were excellent. Pool was larger than expected for a ‘high rise’ pool, and very family friendly - towels/locker room was well stocked. Location in relation to city is perfect for shopping and local excursions, but would recommend uber/lift to get around
