Our stay at this hotel in Cairns was wonderful. The place is beautiful and you can see different animals around, which makes the experience even more special. The service was 10/10, especially thanks to Sarah, who was very kind and helpful to us. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old, but overall it was a great experience.

The Hotel and room were amazing. Would definitely stay there again. I left an item behind in the room and management had it sent back to me. Very impressed!

Helpful and friendly staff. WiFi was unstable at times, but otherwise a comfortable stay.

That it was close to the beach (5 min. walk) there were 2 pools and the surrounds were wonderful. On the negative side we were given an upstairs room which meant that we had to carry heavy suit cases up the stairs ( I am 72 yo, and my wife is 66 it was a struggle) the room was clean, but we noticed ants in the bathroom after 2 days, we cleaned them up but they came back every 2 or 3 days. The oven did not work, as did the clock radio and the wall clock. I think that the microwave was in the wrong place as it was very awkward to to operate. I think that the whole unit needs a make over
