Reception, food and beverage staff and activities staff were very nice and always accommodating. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss and hotel needed reminding to replenish water bottles, coffees and towels. Plenty of interesting and fun activities for all ages.

Plantation was amazing all around! Facilities were awesome - they had everything. Activities were great - giving us the chance to learn about culture and have heaps of fun. Staff were the best and made our stay one we will never forget!

Bathroom shower and sink blockage, water doesn’t drain properly so you have dirty water staying in the sink/shower while using it.
Appreciate welcoming card however another guest name was on the card not ours. For a big resort like this, they need to be more focus on attention to details.
