Wonderful location and spacious rooms. Not the most up to date amenities, however. Perfect place to stay with a larger group.

No better place if you have deep pickets or want to celebrate a special occassion in thr finest of style.

We were excited to arrive in London. We had an early flight and I requested an early check-in. The property manager was responsive and I paid for an early check in. We arrived around 12pm and all looked satisfactory. The location is great...just a 5 minute walk to the London Bridge station and lots of places to eat and shop in the area. Unfortunately we noticed a few things that were not great. Our unit had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The one bathroom shower could not be adjusted. The water was scalding hot. Also, according the amenities description, it said tea kettle and coffee maker. There was not coffee maker. Also, there were toiletries in each bathroom, but there was not handsoap/bar soap as most hotels/rentals provide. Also, the toilet paper was just sitting on the sink. There was no toilet papter holder, so it was getting wet. Also, by day 3, we had to go buy toilet paper. Each bathroom only had 1 roll each. We were 4 people staying for 6 nights. I've never stayed anywhere that didn't provide extra toilet paper. I emailed the help line to let them know about these issues, especially regarding the shower, since were 4 people. I specifically booked that unit because it had 2 bathrooms. The weekend supervisor told me that they couldn't get anyone to fix the shower until Monday. Monday came and gone and no one ever reached back out or followed up. That was disappointing. I have never given a bad review of a place I've chosen to stay at, but I felt the need to

We loved our stay at the 1 Hotel Mayfair! The property was beautiful and extremely elevated, and the service was truly wonderful.

Great apartment at an excellent price, had a little trouble with door code initially but was assisted immediately. Flat is in great condition, very close to where we needed to be and shops, restaurants, tube etc. Would definitely stay again

The location was perfect for my needs, and I appreciated the hospitality. I’d definitely recommend this place to others and would stay again in the future.

Amazing place! For the price a very elegant place to stay. Nice breakfast and staff was very friendly. The bar and restaurant is a pluss

Excellent service, exceptionally clean, great location

Great location, clean room & bathroom!

I booked this last minute when another hotel booking fell through. All I knew was that I liked the area it was in and needed a place to sleep but I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice and cute it was. Highly recommend for solo travelers!

Brilliant stay for a great price.

My husband, sister, niece, and I stayed at the Clermont for a week in June 2025 and had a very good experience. The location near Victoria Station is ideal for getting around London. The staff was quite helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. While the breakfast choices were limited, it was convenient and satisfying enough to justify this add on. I highly recommend this special hotel!
