East Midlands Kid friendly Vacations

The hotel is well maintained and comfortable. We were there for four nights on some of the hottest days (and nights) of the year. The a/c was good, but my wife likes a breeze. Our request for a pedestal fan was complied with very quickly. The housekeeping staff was unobtrusive and good. We didn’t eat in at all, though the menu at the restaurant looked great! The location was great, walking distance from three tube stations. We’d stay there again, quite happily.

The apartment was great - getting in the property was tricky at first as code didn't work and property manager didn't respond but beyond that was good. the hallway and elevator was very dirty on arrival. the apartment was good though. nice size/quality

Our first time staying here and it wont be our last. It’s very clean, modern and well looked after and a perfect location. The front desk staff couldn’t be more helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé, avec un accès au métro (Underground) et à la gare à seulement 2 minutes à pied. Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et le déjeuner est excellent. Le seul bémol est que la climatisation de la chambre était peu efficace, donc nous avons eu chaud.

Parking was good although I had to ask for a new ticket every day. The breakfast could have been better

The BoTree was one of the highlights of our trip to London. The rooms were beautifully designed and very comfortable, and the location made it incredibly easy to explore the city, with countless bars, restaurants, museums and shopping all within walking distance. What stood out most was the level of service. After a small issue, the Head of Guest Relations reached out and turned the experience around, which was a thoughtful gesture and speaks volumes about how much they care about their guests. The only minor inconvenience was having our room keys reset a couple times but it didn't take away from an otherwise fantastic stay. We'd gladly return.
