I think I was suckered in a little bit by Instagram in all honesty. Yes it is a decent hotel and the price was good however I'd say in reality it was pretty run of the mill and you'd be better being located closer to the old town. No water in room for the good of the environment but the water station was the complete other end of the corridor to us to pretty inconvenient. Breakfast was average at best and on several occasions big hitting items were empty and took too long to fill. The pool, whilst handy, needed to be warmer (both the environment and the water) and the sauna is only active after 4pm! Fair amount of noise from other guests too in corridors/rooms. Maybe more of a 3.5 than a 3... Tip: If you're going to the Salt Mine then Bronowice station is around a 20min walk and you can get a direct train there.

Loved our stay at this hotel! We were given a surprise free upgrade to a suite, which was extremely comfortable and spacious. Friendly staff, everything is spotlessly clean and great touches like the filtered water machine on each floor. It’s in a great location between the old town and Kazimierz, easily walkable to both, and on direct train line from the airport. Would definitely recommend.
