German Alps Kid friendly Vacations

We booked a family room which provided one bed and a sofa couch. The room is somewhat spacious. Beds are firm but comfortable if you prefer that. Basic products provided like shampoo and body wash, no conditioner was provided. No extra toiletries provided. They only provide you with complimentary water the first day of your visit. Our coffee machine malfunctioned while we were there and leaked out of the bottom, we reported it to the front desk and we believe they resolved it (we didn't try using the machine after that). They do not offer self-service laundry but they do offer in-house laundry services at a premium price. They have a lift. They do not have their towel heater on all year, even though it was rainy the first weekend of September when we were there. To them, this is still considered their summer season. Their rooms are also all eco-friendly which I value. The only issue with this is when you leave your room and pull out your hotel key card the whole room shuts down, so if you need to leave something plugged it (like for us, a medical device), it won't charge/stay on. So just something to be mindful of. Regardless, we had a good time and the stay was good. Thank you

I had a fantastic experience here. The entire room was exceptionally clean, fresh, and well-maintained from corner to corner, making it feel very cozy and welcoming right upon arrival.

Parking is a complete scam , 44€ from the hotel or 35€ if you pay to park yourself. We were offered drink vouchers for our stay and told to use them on cocktails in the lounge. When we went to the lounge no one was there so the front desk told us no cocktails only beer… ok sure we will have a beer. The next two guests in the same lounge were able to get cocktails ? Was it something we said ? Terrible experience with front desk and would not recommend staying here to anyone. You’re in a residence across the street and the pool could only be described as a large bathtub.

Great hotel. Very quiet yet in a Central position for the Altstadt. Easy to walk to the sights and restaurants. Good Italian restaurant attached to the hotel.

Fabulous hotel. Staff was extremely lovely. Location couldn’t be better.
