Brisbane Kid friendly Vacations

Check in staff were very courteous and helpful. We arrived quite early and they were happy to store our bags and no cost and allowed us into our room. An hour early room is spacious and tidy and right in the heart of the CBD.

The room we had was not thoroughly clean. We could find food leftovers on the carpet in some hidden places. Worse still, we spotted some spiderwebs on the window sill. What a terrible experience. If you need a photo for proof, I can see it over.

The staff were delightful and helpful. Anika at Reception was a standout. Rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable

There was whole in the wall. there was no mugs to make a coffee even though coffee making items were available. The curtains were hanging off their tracks. There was a large ceiling area being repaired. I booked 2 beds and got 1 and a sofa bed. I contacted the hotel via email but have no response. Basically overpriced by about $150. Won't return.

Lovely, older well maintained building. Full service hotel with exceptional staff. Room cleanliness was exemplary & the room itself surprisingly vast and elegant. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you.

Good location, rooms were spacious but bed was very uncomfortable. It was lopsided as if one side of the bed was broken.
