The Grace was a lovely historical place to stay. Comfy bed & good room, very handy to everything in the middle of the city. Only downside is no Foxtel TV. Would definitely stay there again.

The air con in the room was hot and cold all the time, can never get the room to a comfortable temperature and stay like that. Probably being picky, was definitely expecting room coffee is better than a nescafe 43 sachet. After housekeeping we werent given fresh face wash, when asking the staff said they ran out.
Every morning when the airline staff checking out the front foyer was a mess, always a struggle to get to the lifts.
We liked the bar, good seatings. And its great location if you are after somewhere in darling harbour

Prompt and friendly check in, we were able to get an early check in which was great as we flew in 6am that morning.. hotel is in great location.. the room was well equipped for our needs and clean apart from the lounge had stained cushions, so we just turned them over.. we had our room refreshed daily with friendly staff who did a great job.. overall a great stay.
