New South Wales Kid friendly Vacations

Staff are absolutely fantastic. Always smiling and aiming to accommodate. Room was large and bed was v comfy. Air con was fantastic! Others have commented about noise level but my room was away from the street and was v quiet. Kitchen well equipped. Shower good w lots of hot water. Great to have washer dryer. Appliances older but most functioned well. Dishwasher was iffy but someone came up right away to take a look. Little balcony was nice to have since it is the only outside space. View of a parking garage but that didn’t bother me.Other window in the bedroom was interior. Wifi good. Would be great if salt, pepper were provided. Nice to have Nespresso machine. I didn’t use the pool or the gym but they both looked good.

Clean room, helpful staff. Was allowed to check in early since my flight arrived in the morning. Great extra touch with complimentary champagne for New Year Eve. Walking distance to many of Sydney attractions.

Great hotel and brilliant location for exploring Sydney. Pool and sauna area was very disappointing. Hot tub and sauna was not in operation during our visit but it was smelly and looked in need of a makeover. The room and service was great.. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a good place to stay for convenience to the sights of Sydney.

Very well located pet friendly hotel that didn’t cost too much. We’ll definitely be back.

Room was clean, coffee was available in room. The hotel was less than half full but was given a room overlooking the beautiful parking lot! Yes it was close to departure area but was it worth it? NO...When we booked 10 months prior we asked for as high up as possible...they gave up the 1st floor above guest services. There was a lady behind the check in desk but ushered us over to the check in kiosk-- no customer service at all unfortunately I guess thia is how things are now.
