Very disappointing stay. The front desk provided poor customer service and was unhelpful when I needed assistance. I paid for a quality experience but did not receive the service I expected. The room did not meet expectations, and the pool was very small. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

Great location close to downtown. Nice staff and great breakfast selections. The pool was fun but I got bit by mosquitoes sitting in the loungers. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and the location was convenient to everything we were doing. It seemed they were understaffed for a holiday weekend. The elevators were very slow and for some reason the stairs were locked?? Other than the pool, there weren’t any secure doors/elevators which didn’t make me feel safe traveling with my 12 yo son. The parking situation was odd ($55 per night for self park). We were told to leave our car out front and take our luggage to the room before parking. This was good because it was too far to schlep them from a block away. They really need valet or someone directing traffic because once you get in line you’re stuck. The Line hotel across Congress St bridge has valet parking for $56 per night. I asked if they did anything for birthdays and the front desk woman said “well what do you want?” So I said I was just asking, if not it’s fine. She asked if we wanted a higher floor I said ok, but I’d prefer to just have a lake or city view (I had booked a King suite but it didn’t say what the view was online). We ended up with a lovely view of the parking garage from the 7th floor. Overall the stay wasn’t bad because we weren’t there much. It was centrally located, low price but I wouldn’t stay there again.
