⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shinagawa Prince Hotel – A City Within the City The Shinagawa Prince Hotel is an impressive, full-scale destination in itself. The property is massive, featuring three distinct towers so yes, there may be a brief “Which tower am I in?” moment at check-in. Once I found my way to the Annex Tower, everything else was smooth sailing. I stayed in a queen room with a separate bath on the 30th floor, which offered a fantastic panoramic view of Tokyo. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, exactly what you want after full days of exploring the city. The staff truly stood out: friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The entire property felt well-maintained and calm despite its size. What really sets this hotel apart is the sheer amount of on-site entertainment, bowling, shopping, dining, and more, making it feel like a mini city. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. The Shinagawa Station is literally across the street, making it incredibly easy to hop on a train and explore Tokyo daily. And when the trains stopped running, a quick Uber ride back was under $10 USD, convenient and budget-friendly. While I didn’t try the hotel breakfast, based on the overall experience, I imagine it would be just as solid. All in all, I highly recommend the Shinagawa Prince Hotel and would absolutely stay here again on future visits to Tokyo. Convenience, comfort, and connectivity this place delivers.

Everything was great!

Great room - very clean and roomy; beautiful and modern lobby decked out for Christmas; we had a visit from Santa while in the lounge enjoying a cocktail and dinner. Great shuttle service to Narita!!

Good amenities, location proximity to Ginza/Shibuya/Tokyo Bay and attentive staff always willing to help make your experience more comfortable.

Good onsen and nice staff but place is a bit dated!!!

Breakfast was good, lots of options and choices. Hotel shuttle was on time and quick. Room was perfectly fit for purpose for the price we paid.

This hotel was the perfect place for an overnight layover. It was a short Uber ride away and the Naritasan Park is an easy 10-minute walk away. The rooms had everything they needed but were small if you are traveling with someone. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Their airport transportation was a great bonus that I wished I had information on upon my arrival, but getting it one-way was a nice surprise.
