Absolutely excellent one-night stay. Check-in was seamless, and the airport-to-hotel shuttle was perfectly on time. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. When my room key didn’t work, a staff member arrived in under three minutes and resolved it immediately—no waiting at all. The tea selection was a lovely touch, and the $10 breakfast completely exceeded expectations—hands down one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had, especially for the price. Incredible value and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, courteous staff, clean room, and excellent breakfast. The only minor drawback was that the hotel reception was still closed when we checked out for our early flight.

The staffs are very friendly. They have foreign staffs for western visitors. The hotel is very clean. I like their onsen, clean and quiet.
