The bell staff were more helpful for both checking in and out than the front desk people. There was this man at the front desk who was extremely rude and didn’t give us any information about checking in and why we were waiting for our room to be ready when we were already told that it’s clean and all set

"We stayed for 3 nights from the 22nd of September. The hotel is perfect for a base to explore the city. The bathroom is small but fine. Beds are nice. We stayed in the 12th floor, it was a little noisy but not excessive. Would 100% recommend"
