Russian River Valley Cheap Vacations

there was a feeling that the hotel was a little tired. a good exmple, the pool furniture was faded and slightly dirty.

The property was very clean and the complimentary congratulatory desserts nice, I have to say that I was surprised that I had to use my Netflix account to access premium TV service at such a prestigious (expensive) resort location though. I have had better TV service in ordinary hotels. Overall our experience was enjoyable with the highlight being the fantastic night view of downtown Oakland, San Francisco, and both bridges. Overall, I felt we should’ve gotten a little more for the cost and rate our stay at 4.2

Great location in SF, walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf! However front staff did not go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Older but clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious and had a very large spread.

Absolutely loved this place! Was worth every penny & more! Staff was amazing, resort was clean & room was very comfortable! Food was excellent, the only thing I didn't like was that it was the same menu for lunch & dinner ever day we were there. Wish they had had more options. Will definitely be back!

Lorraine, the manager, is extremely rude and very combative. Not only is she extremely rude to customers staying there, but also to her employees as well. If you ever have to go to her about your concerns, she will be very dismissive about your concerns. I told her AC was out for two days and she said,"no it wasnt." As if SHE was the one who stayed in the room herself. Thankfully, everything was resolved but the experience my family and I had here with her as well as the Hispanic woman who waves her hands around her face up at the front desk was absolutely unprofessional and made our vacation such a poor experience. The only good experience was Mel. You are amazing. That man needs a raise.

Absolutely not as advertised. A loft space that the landlord has furnished with the bare minimum to qualify. In no way worth the price paid. Main bed was a price of wood on the floor with a cheap mattress. Second "bedroom" is a cheap plywood box with very low ceilings, no ventilation and "windows" only to the apartment itself not external. Cheap kitchen with dirty pots and pans. Dirty floors. On the second day both bathrooms flooded with sewage as a drainage pipe backed up and despite a clean up the place stank of you-know-what for the rest of the stay. Area is sketchy with homeless sleeping right outside the door. Garage opener did not work forcing us to street park the car. A real shame as it could be a nice apartment but the landlord has figured that doing it on the cheap does not matter if you are doing short term rentals. Definitely do not recommend.
