The location was amazing. Close to train station as well as harbour. Room was clean and well maintained. It was very spacious as well. The shared kitchen was kept clean at all times. The only downside of our room was it was very noisy as trams were running morning till night. Still it was a good decision to stay here!

Great place to stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish! Conveniently located near the airport! Located with indoor connects to the mall with everything you could want (shopping, grocery stores, fast food or sit down dining options!). While I didn’t use the water park, gym and spa, it’s super cool they are located within the building and can be added on to your stay!

Well located and had every convenience including a washing machine.

Excellent hotel.

Extremely good centrally located hotel within a few minutes of main railway station. Rooms are spacious and clean and most importantly very quiet. Excellent breakfast choices too. Handy for shops and restaurants and all main attractions in city centre. Staff always available and friendly. Cannot praise this place highly enough and would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel would recommend, boon nam restaurant great food .only thing didn’t really enjoy was spa as had lot of groups of people so could nt relax and swim , but was a Saturday evening,so to be expected

No reception desk but very clear information about how to get in. The studio was clean and the location excellent to visit everything on foot. Tramway in front of the building! Quiet neighbourhood. Grocery store in the building.

I loved the staff. From checking in to checking out - they were fantastic!

Quick and easy check in for a very late (1am) arrival. Simple but comfortable and well equipped apartment. Sadly I wasn't there long enough to try out all the amenities but I saw longer term guests and residents using the work and leisure spaces.

Lakeside Hotel and resort that was pretty quiet this time of year. Quite ok in many ways - maybe the breakfast was not the best ever.
