This property falls well short of a 4.5-star standard. The bathroom was dated and unclean, and there was an unpleasant smell in the hallways due to blocked rubbish chutes. Ongoing construction noise meant the balcony doors had to remain closed, which impacted the overall comfort of the stay. The only real highlight was the central location in the heart of Brisbane CBD.

The apartment was adequate but I have two gripes - 1. The air conditioner was not up to the task even in late autumn, it took hours for the apartment to cool only slightly, it wasn’t enough. Also the beds are rock hard so sleeping wasn’t very comfortable. Both temperature and beds should be comfortable at a minimum. The rest of the apartment is good. The layout is good albeit a little cramped in places. The kitchen is large but not fully stocked like other apartments I’ve stayed in. The shower pressure is amazing. The location is excellent - very central to everything a tourist would want to visit and public transport of all types is very close and handy.

I was very disappointed that I had specifically booked a coastal view room, months ago, only to be told when I arrived that a coastal view room wasn't available. This is what I had booked and paid for. I was told at checkin that i was being given an 'upgrade', due to my booked coastal view room not being available, however the 'upgrade', was the exact same airport view room, just on a different floor. This is the 5th year I have stayed at your hotel, so I knew exactly what type of room I wanted to stay in. That is why I booked it. Then, after I was told the room I had booked was not available, I was offered to pre buy breakfast. At the very least, this should have been complimentary. I would hope that if I book again, the room I pay for is the room I stay in.

Great location and room. Only issue was check in text message with entry code wasn't received by my NZ phone. There was an after hours phone number at front desk that helped though, but just something to be aware of if you check in after hours/weekends.

The apartment was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The staff were wonderful.

Great room with everything you need including a washer and dryer for longer stays. Nice quiet complex and super close to the Brisbance Convention Center which was my reason for staying. I will definitely stay here again.
