It was clean and convenient bad but we were a bit disappointed to see the room for what we paid. Maybe it was really expensive dude to the holiday.We did not have sea view as we stayed at 5th floor. If you want the view, make sure that you book the higher floor. The pool was nice but was always crowded with many children. Also the bathroom was flooded with bad smell while there.

Although I expressed my thanks on the day, I would like to share the hotel's kind and thoughtful service with others who are considering staying here. When I was making a reservation for the buffet, I mistakenly booked the buffet at The Star in Sydney. This unexpected trouble during an overseas trip made me very anxious, but a male staff member at the concierge desk kindly helped us out. He even checked to see if we were charged any cancellation fees, which made us very happy. Additionally, another male staff member at the concierge desk provided very courteous service when we left our luggage. While the room, the hotel's restaurant, and the casino were all wonderful, the kindness of the staff left the biggest impression on us. This was our fourth visit to the Gold Coast, and thanks to your excellent staff, we’ve grown to love this city even more. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying here.
