The location for the Australian sports centre is the main reason to stay here. The hotel itself is clean but had a pool and that's it. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. We tried it twice at two different times, 8am and 9am. Always the buffet breakfast was cold and nothing left with nothing new being cooked. They're supposed to be serving from 6 to 10. The KDV club is about a 2 min walk away and that's where you can play complimentary mini golf and tennis. The complex is really good and the food there is worth the walk. The sports and leisure centre is a 7min walk away and that is what gets the place it's good rating. If you're here to compete in a sporting event it is super convenient to just walk there and back or a quick uber. And the rooms although small are well maintained.

Didn’t use the pool but the restaurant and deck seating were excellent. Our comment was we would eat there if we were locals because the food was delicious. Room was clean and nice. Nicely arranged for multiple people to share.

Great stay for the local KDV sports facilities. Highly recommend for stay here as well if wish to access hinterland areas and to Gold Coast areas. Would come back again for a family getaway.
