Hotel was quite clean and staff was very pleasant. It was a definite plus and very convenient being so close to the mall and was within walking distance to my family. We would definitely stay there in the future.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional service! Breakfast in the manor was incredible, though smart-casual attire is best.

The location was excellent and the ability to do laundry in the unit was key for the long stay. Loved this place and did not want to leave.

We opted for a sauna in our room, which we made good use of, both nights of our stay! We’d recommend the upgrade. The staff were all super helpful and breakfast was exceptional. Excellent local cuisine and good coffee, there is an omelette station that we’d recommend trying. Breakfast is served until lunch time on weekends, making for a very relaxing morning! One slight hiccup; we didn’t head to breakfast until 10:30am on day one, so the room wasn’t available to housekeeping until we left for the day at 11:30. We left a sign on the door asking for the room to be serviced, but it had not been when we came back at 7pm. It’s a small thing, having a made bed is always nice when you return to your room, and having to wash your own mugs and tidy up is an irritation. We asked for extra coffee pods that arrived swiftly, and this is a minor thing. Had we left earlier in the day, we are sure the room would have been tended to. We can’t imagine coming to Helsinki and staying anywhere else, thank you!

It was a party of and airline and we pretty much we need it to gonaround the party which was in the way outside of the rooms and a security memeber scort us outside of the property not for us to get seen by the party members that made us feel not welcome to the Hotel. Not so nice for the staff
