Great hotel great vibe great service great location highly recommend

Room was clean, service was phenomenal, and the food and drinks in the restaurant were great! This is an awesome place to stay for the price and location!

The room was nice, we had a balcony looking out to the city which was a nice bonus but did not get much use in winter. The hotel is well connected via metro to the city but is also walkable.

Clean rooms, Front desk staff very courteous and helpful. Outstanding front desk employees where most of the time, my decision to go back to a hotel depends on how the employees made me feel.

Comfy and clean rooms overall stunning hotel!

I had a wonderful experience at Kozmo Hotel Budapest. From the moment I arrived, everything was excellent. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the attention to detail really stood out. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was beautiful and well organized. I truly felt comfortable and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious and spotless. Very beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location and a highly recommend.

Overall this property was mostly good. The location is perfect. The beds and rooms were tidy and equipped with everything you would expect from any respectable hotel. The view from the windows were spectacular. The breakfast was very thorough. And the gym was a nice touch. The only issue was the air conditioning which was just not to the standard one would expect for the price and of a hotel of this standard. In fairness we stayed during the hottest part of the year and it got to 37 degrees celsius. However, even on the "cooler" days the air con was ineffective only blowing a mere draft not even a cool one just some air into the room. This detracted from what would have been an otherwise fantastic stay. Overall if you're not staying during summer I would recommend but if during summer seek alternatives.
