Das Hotel war super- in 5 minuten Fußweg über eine Brücke war man gleich am Strand- eigenen Hotelstrand mit Liegen vorhanden- kostenlos und wenig Leutte.

My mom and I had a fantastic time. The ambience was amazing. The staff was exceptional. The food was world class, and the spa was superb. Strongly recommended.

A beautiful hotel by the lake with a private beach in walking distance. Great selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The Spa and sauna facilities were excellent and spotless clean. There were plenty of sun beds in the garden. The views from the higher floor windows were stunning of the lake and surrounding area and the rooftop bar was a delightful bonus to watch the sun setting.

Both breakfast and dinner had a good variety. The dining area was clean and so was the room assigned to us. There was a tiny bit of pressure to purchase drinks at dinner time. There was maintenance ongoing with the steam room and one of the saunas but this was not informed at all on the booking page. Likewise the beach which belongs to the hotel was also unavailable and again not mentioned on the booking page. These information should have been made available on the booking page and also not mentioned by staff until I specifically requested information. What’s with the secrecy? I find such behaviour unacceptable and short of rude. If such facilities are unavailable then I expected a discount on the room rates.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Auch die Zimmer haben uns gut gefallen und waren ansprechend gestaltet. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und das Essen überwiegend sehr lecker. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Besonders nervig waren die Aufzüge. Von vier Aufzügen war einer häufig außer Betrieb, sodass sich die Wartezeiten teilweise auf etwa zehn Minuten oder länger beliefen. Wir haben deshalb öfter das Treppenhaus genutzt, um nicht noch länger warten zu müssen. Enttäuschend war auch der Pool. Wir hatten das Hotel u.a. wegen des Wellnessbereichs bzw. des Pools gebucht. Im Sommer war das Wasser jedoch so warm, dass es bei den ohnehin hohen Temperaturen kaum auszuhalten war. Wir haben den Pool daher während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nur einmal genutzt. Eine Anpassung der Wassertemperatur an die Außentemperaturen wäre hier wünschenswert. Beim Essen hätten wir uns mehr vegetarische Auswahl gewünscht, da viele warme Gerichte Fleisch enthielten. Der Strand war schön, allerdings waren viele Liegen mit Vogelkot verschmutzt. Eine regelmäßigere Reinigung wäre hier wirklich sinnvoll. Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und gutem Essen, bei Aufzügen, Pooltemperatur und Sauberkeit der Strandliegen besteht aus unserer Sicht aber noch Verbesserungsbedarf.

The property and all the facilities were good but most of the reception staff were really rude to the point I had to ask if I had done anything wrong to one of the guys as he was speaking to me so badly. It nearly ruined the whole experience of the hotel as I was there to have a calm relaxing time and didn't feel comfortable in the hotel everytime I saw some of the staff. The woman at the cafe/bar was very nice though

Dass das Hotel einen eigenen Strandabschnitt hat ist großartig und eine Strandbar sodass man sich den ganzen Tag am Strand aufhalten kann fanden wir super. Einen Punkt muss ich leider abziehen weil während unseres Aufenthaltes von 5TAGEN wurde unser Zimmer kein einziges Mal geputzt. Auf unserer Etage vor den Aufzügen war am ersten Tag eine Schleifspur von verschütteter Flüssigkeit und am letzten Tag war sie immer noch da. Das sollte in einem vier Sterne Hotel nicht vorkommen. Wenn man darüber hinwegsieht, war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Stuff is very friendly. Rooms are nice and spacious with lovely views, but very small lifts and you need to wait sometimes even 10-15 minutes to get up and down...with suitcases in busy morning time impossible. Also, not enough stuff at the dinner to serve drinks fast and replenish food....food run out quickly and waiting time was long....the worst was sadly the housekeeping team - woke up us first morning while children were sleeping and refused to leave and then just passed me the bin bag to clean the bin ourselves....after complaining at the reception that stopped but never got our room cleaned during our 4 nights stay which was a shame as it did put the whole experience down....

Bitte nicht über expedia.at buchen weil kompliziert , schwerig, e-mail was ich bekommen Habe konnte nicht öffnen meine eigene nachricht von expedia.at nicht lesen können nur mit irgedwelche kode unsw eine katastrofe! Zimmer für 4 personen gebucht bei expedia.at , bei Ankunft im Hotel war mit 2 personen gebucht + 2 darauf zahlen müssen!
