The staff went above and beyond providing great service in a thoughtful and friendly manner. The restaurant offered a broad selection of options and the food was excellent, particularly for dinner. We absolutely recommend this convenient location for those staying over in Montreal and would stay here again without hesitation.

Terrible stay. Horrible customer service from the staff, room service was non-existent, and we didn't even get basic amenities like drinking water or slippers. To top it all off, the washroom door didn't even have a working lock! Would not recommend to anyone.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here in Montreal! From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt warm, welcoming, and exceptionally well maintained. Everything was extremely clean, and you could immediately tell that the team takes great pride in the property. The front desk staff were incredible, genuine, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire stay. They answered all of my questions, accommodated an early check-in, and even followed up with us afterward to make sure everything was going well. They truly made us feel welcomed. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a great view. The beds were extremely comfortable, the shower was spotless, and the robes were a wonderful touch, especially after enjoying the heated pool. The gym was also clean and had everything I needed for a long-weekend workout. The location was another huge plus. We were within easy walking distance of malls, Cafe Olimpico, countless brunch and dining spots, and even Old Montreal. I’m so happy we chose to stay here while visiting Montreal for a wedding. The hospitality was exceptional, and the entire team made our stay memorable. Thank you for taking such great care of us and for being true hospitality professionals. I absolutely look forward to returning the next time I’m in Montreal!
