"Absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. When we first checked in, our room had a huge stain that clearly had not been cleaned properly. Staff attempted to clean it but couldn’t remove it, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was even worse there were ants all over the floor and even in the bed.
When we went to the front desk, we were told there were no other rooms available because the hotel was fully booked. To make matters worse, the employee actually said, “At least it’s not bed bugs,” as if that somehow made the situation acceptable. We were unable to comfortably stay in the room because of the infestation and felt completely dismissed by staff.
The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and refusal to properly resolve the issue made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend staying here."
