South Suburbs All inclusive Vacations

Me and my husband arrived at the hotel on Saturday afternoon about 4 PM. My husband talked to the valet about cost.. The valet told us it was $84 to park with In-N-Out availability. We were only staying for one night but decided to use the valet. We were given a ticket and after we walked in the building. We had to figure it out on our own that the front desk was on the second floor. There was this two people working at the desk. One person was helping a customer. The other was not helping anyone they were free. We were not greeted or asked if we needed any help at all. After 5 mins the employee who was helping the previous customer asked if he could help us and that’s when his coworker also asked if we needed help. Moving on we requested our car but still had to wait 25.When we got back to the hotel that late night, there was no valet sitting at the booth, although they said it was 24 hours service. My husband waited downstairs for almost a hour when I went upstairs and asked if there was a valet I was told that he should be there. We were tired after a long day of traveling and enjoying the city. The next morning we requested our vehicle at checkout 20 minutes before we came downstairs.our car had not arrived nor did anyone go and get our vehicle. They apologized, but we were leaving the hotel and had reservations at a restaurant. This made us late as we had to wait an extra 25 minutes after Requesting our car 20 minutes before we left. They also charged my husband twice.

The only negative thing to mention is that the carpeting in the hallways seems quite dated. It needs to be updated.
