Unfortunately, we got there late and we only got to sleep and wake up early in the morning to catch our flight, but it was a beautiful hotel, clean modern and relatively close to Rome airport

Property was nice, AC barely worked and they would turn it off randomly. Showers are extremely small and staff was not very helpful

The rooms were spacious and very clean. We had a king-size bed that was extremely comfortable. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

Loved associating with the students that stay here. Nice restaurant with great food. Lovely garden area. Not as close to the tour destinations as we thought so we took taxis but avoid 9am and 3pm heavy traffic. Daily room cleaning could be improved.

I’ve been regular guest at QC but recently became too crowded with random non hotel guest visitors while hotel guests given less priority and attention

The W Rome was such a beautiful hotel and it exceeded every expectation. The room was very spacious, staff was 5-star and the amenities were on point. We will be back to this hotel someday when we come back to Rome.

Getting the shuttle from the airport was a mess. I would not stay here again. With the amount I spent on taxis after the hotel bungled my shuttle pick up, I would’ve saved money by shelling out for the Airport Hilton. The shuttle does not have the hotel’s name on it, so I had to ask every single driver who passed by if they were there for Rome Airport Hotel Fiumicino. Waited from 12 PM onwards for a 1 PM shuttle (their first one of the day). No luck. The front desk’s advice was to continue waiting until the next (2 PM) shuttle came. Taxis for such a short trip were all €30 plus. Uber was closer to €100. The Hotel contracts out for shuttle service and has no real time information about where the shuttle is. Also cannot communicate to the shuttle that there are a certain number of pick ups waiting or the names of the people they need to wait for. A really chaotic arrival. The room is fine for a very short overnight. If you plan to go into Rome at all, do not stay here!! You’d need to walk, take a bus back to the airport, and finally take a regional train into Rome. There was hair in the bidet when I arrived. The shuttle back to the airport left five minutes late.

The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was pretty good.

We had a wonderful stay at the River Palace Hotel in Rome! The hotel was very nice, clean, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were a little small, but honestly, we expected that in Rome and it didn’t take away from our experience at all. The service was exceptional. Every day we came back to a spotless, freshly cleaned room, and the hotel concierge was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They were always happy to answer questions and help us with whatever we needed. And the breakfast spread was fantastic! There was a wonderful variety, and it was the perfect way to start our mornings before heading out to explore everything Rome had to offer. Having a good breakfast waiting for us each morning was definitely a highlight of our stay. The location was another big plus. We were within walking distance of many of the places we wanted to visit. The Colosseum and Trastevere were probably the furthest places we walked to, but we actually enjoyed being able to explore Rome on foot. The hotel itself has such a beautiful old-world charm — almost like stepping back into another era. The character and elegance of the building really added to our experience of Rome and made our stay feel even more special. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend the River Palace Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, charming hotel with wonderful service, a fantastic breakfast, and a great location in Rome. 🇮🇹❤️

Couldn’t ask for a better location… the staff were always so helpful and polite. This really made our stay comfortable.

A stunning property in a very quiet and convenient location. Excellent breakfast, Wonderful staff. We loved the art and decor. The bathroom was fantastic and the room was exceptionally comfortable.
