The staff was very family friendly and was able to accommodate us. The pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved how it was centrally located to all the best shopping in the world and landmarks. We will return.

Well situated. Accessable by car, outside restriction zone but within walking distance of center. We received a beautiful room on the fourth (top) floor but in the summer heat the air conditioning was insufficient and noisy. The hotel gracefully transferred us to a lower floor.

I picked this property because they provided airport transportation and had a free breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised upon arriving at the hotel. The room was small but adequate for our one night stay. the service was excellent. I would have liked to stay an additional day so that I could have explored the are.

The rooms are spotless, with great attention to cleanliness and detail. What stood out the most was the friendly and helpful staff—everyone from the reception to the restaurant was genuinely welcoming and eager to assist.

The room did not seem clean. However, while we were having breakfast, I accidentally left my handbag behind. The staff member serving breakfast took the time to bring it to the front desk, which was very thoughtful and kind of her. Thank you!
