Absolutely beautiful resort in a quiet town away from it all. Staff is amazing. Loved the small but tasty breakfast included with the stay. Wonderful spa that was also included with the stay. Neither the indoor nor outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi was open which was very disappointing. You must have a car if you plan on exploring any other ares of Lake Lugano.

A wonderful hotel close to Bergamo, some 15/20 min from Milan Bergamo airport. It had everything our family required for a comfortable week stay: free car park, nice staff, large and well equipped rooms, reasonable breakfast and even a laundry room.
This hotel is in a small village but there is a supermarket next door and all main sites like Milan, Verona and the lakes within easy reach by a car.
We paid extra to use kitchenette which was well equipped and allowed us to cook simple stuff.
Great experience and we would definitely recommend.

Lovely place! Check in was a breeze and the woman at the desk was SO very nice and helpful. We had a very early flight and the shuttle service was perfectly timed for us. The driver even picked us up about 10 minutes early! Poor guy, having to get up at 4 AM to drive us all of a mile! He was a very nice and very professional young man.
Aperitivo was nice in the dining area. Our only complaint would be how unbearably hot the room was. We turned the thermostat down, but still had to have the window open all night. That wouldn't have been too bad except for the smoke entering our room from outside when someone lit a cigarette.
