Lombardy Alps All inclusive Vacations

I’ve been staying here for three years, this is my fourth. It’s not the same. The staff are not as friendly, helpful except the one younger lady with blond hair. She was so nice. I even had FIVE of my friends stay there and bragged about the service, I was embarrassed I had people spending thousands of dollars for sub par service. They usually have an amazing breakfast full of sliced fruit , delicious meats and veggies and egg. There was a bowl of sour smelling cut up apples, grapefruit and chopped up hot dogs for meat. The bacon was also under cooked. There was black mold in the bathroom corners of the tub. It’s not the same anyone i will not be returning. It was good the last three years, not this one. I hope they get it together.

Hotel is a very short walk from the Central station. It was quiet. AC worked well. Room was small but had everything. Bathroom nice. Breakfast buffet was ok but a bit modest.

Good location, clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here.

May need more detail attention maintenance

Centrally located with large rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, especially as we were there during the heat wave on June 2026.

Our stay at Melia Milano was a pleasant one. Definitely would stay there again next time I am in milan.

Though we only stayed one night at Excelsior, it left such a wonderful impression that we wished we had planned a longer stay. Our room on the 4th floor featured stunning floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the magnificent Milano Centrale — such a memorable view to wake up to. What impressed us most, however, was how unbelievably quiet the room was. Despite being directly across from the train station, we heard absolutely no outside noise whatsoever — no traffic, sirens, or the usual city sounds one might expect. The sound insulation (or windows!) is truly remarkable and made for one of the quietest hotel nights we’ve had. The service throughout our stay was exceptional — warm, polished, and attentive in a way that made us feel genuinely well taken care of. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy the spa, which looked beautiful and gave us every reason to want to return. A fantastic stay and one we would happily repeat on a future visit to Milan.

We really enjoyed our stay at Magna Pars. The room was clean an bright and had a lovely feel to it. The perfume smell in the room was pleasant and not overpowering. Staff are friendly and efficient. Although the location is not central Milan, we actually preferred that as it is quiet yet close to a Metro line than links you easily and quickly to the main sights of Milan. It is also walking distance to the Navigli area of Milan which has plenty of restaurants and bars. We would stay here again next time we are in Milan.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful breakfast. The outside doesn't look like much, but was very nice and quiet inside. The parking underground was a nice touch.

Convenient airport location.

Excellent staff, We were late to check in and had an early flight. We could use the shuttle to come to or leave from the hotel for Malpensa airport for free. However you can pre-arrange 25 Euro arrangement if you book before you come. Hotel was clean and in a good area. We did not stay for breakfast

Had a good experience staying at this hotel. The staff were great, breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. Only thing I would change is the pillows offered, they were quite uncomfortable. Other than that, it was pretty good.

This is one of my favorite hotels. To start with, the staff are very friendly; the cleanliness is excellent, and the breakfasts are great. The location is perfect—you can walk Duomo and galleria , and if you need to do some shopping, there is a pharmacy, a grocery store, a gelato shop, and restaurants all less than a minute away. I highly recommend it; it’s perfect.
