Riviera Maya All inclusive Vacations

Stayed there for five days. The resort itself was nice and welcoming staff. The rooms in the privileged suits are outdated and smell a bit moldy. I wouldn’t Pay more for the rooms with the tub outside. You’ll get a nicer room and updated room if you don’t get the ones with the tub on the balcony. Food was not the best. The breakfast definitely outweighed the lunch and dinner. Disco was very nice and i like how we were aloud to go onto the sister resort. Rate for the stay overall would be 6/10.

We had high expectations for this resort based on its rating, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the pool chair reservation policy. We were told that loungers had to be reserved a day in advance, yet they were always “fully booked.” The next morning we were told the same thing, but many of those supposedly reserved loungers stayed empty for hours, and some were never used at all. Guests were not allowed to use them because they were “reserved.” This is simply unacceptable for a five-star resort. Another frustrating policy was having to sign a receipt every single time we ordered anything, even at an all-inclusive resort. Whether it was one cocktail, a bottle of water, or lunch, we had to sign a receipt every time. It constantly interrupted the vacation experience and made it feel like we were paying separately for everything. It also puts unnecessary pressure on guests regarding tips after every order. The staff was not rude, but they were not particularly friendly or welcoming either. The service felt cold and lacked the hospitality you would expect from a luxury resort. There is also construction on both sides of the property, which affects the atmosphere and makes it much less relaxing. Overall, the resort has potential, but these issues significantly impacted our stay. Unfortunately, we would not return or recommend it to friends.

We went there for our anniversary and for a birthday. We had the most amazing time ever the food was spectacular. The grounds were immaculate. The rooms were beautiful. It was one of the best trips that we have ever went on. It does get a little quiet towards the end of the night, but it didn’t bother us at all because we hung out by the pool and the pool there’s always something to do there was a DJ and a lot of entertainment.
