Nice location near Darling Harbor. 20-25 minute walk to most things. Nice to have a pool and sauna on-site (20th floor). We had a nice kitchen in our room.
Staff are all extremely nice and helpful. They take providing quality lodging seriously.
We did not have a car so did not need parking. Good restaurants in the area and a WoolWorths grocery store 2 blocks away as well as the Tram.
Would stay here again if ever in Sydney.

Staff were ‘on call’ at the desk…… not common any more but most welcomed and a relief to have assistance.
Staff helpful and friendly.
Room very clean and fresh.
Air Conditioning working very well. Room temp perfect and easy to adjust if necessary.
Not many shops near by but plenty of places to eat.
I would have liked to make tea or coffee in the room.
Pastries, tea and coffee for breakfast in the foyer was ideal to kick start the day.

Staff was super friendly. Location is perfect. The hotel has a cafe and restaurant right downstairs plus a rooftop bar. Only downside is it’s really difficult to do rideshare and not much parking available in the area.
