The bed was comfortable. However the beach was beyond rocky. The whole beach was a giant slab of coral. No one was in the water which caused the pools to be extremely crowded and loud. The worst part was eating in the buffet as the kuza ran wild they were everywhere. Climbing down from the roof and eating off plates that were left behind. This was completely unsanitary. Will never come back to this resort.

The property is amazing, the food was terrific . My husband and I got massages and our therapist were amazing . I would definitely go back . The beach did have a lot of seaweed when we were there but the pools were just as fun. Drinks were all so good! Ask for a amaretto sour , or an Alfonso 13, and thank me later!

Our 7th stay at this resort!
Food is horrible, yes even the Royal Club! If you’re a burbon drinker, good luck, most all liquor is bottom shelf! Take your own cup for drinks, I was served in dirty glasses several times. Management don’t have a clue on food & drink and won’t listen to your suggestions at all. Main dinning room did not have a/c and no open air so you melt as you try to eat! It’s a nice location and a great beach and the employees maintain very well. It is in need of full renovation, so show up with lower expectations! 20 years ago this was a top notch property in Cozumel and it could be again with new management but sadly I’m sure it never will!

I found the property very small, not a lot to do while you were there although the food was amazing. Most of the staff was outstanding did not care for the nine minute harassment of buying into their company. It was a full un harassment. In my opinion will not return.

Overall the trip was not as great as expected. The food options were extremely limited compared to other resorts I’ve visited. There were only 2 restaurants on the resort open twice a week and we only ate at 1. Reservations needed to be made at 9 am and you only get one or two time options which filled up in seconds. We tried to walk in and the restaurant was empty and we were still denied a table. Buffet was small and options were the same daily with a change in some options. This definitely needs to be changed!
