First time back in a few years. Property is starting to show its age especially in the pool area with many missing pool tiles. Good was good not great for an upscale resort. Bbq stands around the resort were really good especially the ribs!

Amazing staff come here every year and get treated with the same respect

The room and entire property was clean and well kept. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Food was great. Drinks were plentiful. There was a lot of beach and multiple pools for you to choose from. We will be going back

I travel to Cancun every year and stay at different hotels every time. Let me start by saying that the photos of this resort are all A.I and I wished I would have taken more time to read the reviews before going here. The service, top notch as it is in every Cancun resort I've been to, that goes without saying. Everyone super social, very amicable and willing to help. Daniel by the pool service was outstanding. This resort doesn't really look like the photos with the exception of the pool which we liked. Everything else is subpar. You need a golfcart to go to most of the restaurants which mind you maybe 2-3 are open daily and they fluctuate. Food was mediocre at best. Golfcarts are available to take you to the lobby, gym, restaurants etc but they aren't close at all so keep that in mind. The lobby doesn't have a nice bar as shown in photos. Again, the photos are very altered, food is 5/10, rooms are nicely sized, restaurants only 2-3 counting the buffet open daily, service 10/10. with that being said, i wont be returning to this one.

I love it it was so exciting love the music in the bar in the night time from 7:00 to 9:00 pm it’s a couple but they sing beautiful and the food the coffee shop it’s good but it needs more sweets like caramel whipped cream and more flavored for the cappuccino other than that, everything was great thanks😍

The resort is nice but caters to their preferred guest. If you don't want to buy any extras during your stay the staff is less helpful/accommodating

Looks every thing is great and service was awesome just wondering how they managed the property.
