空港からシャトルバス10〜15分程度。バス乗り場までの移動等が若干不便

The Worst Experience Ever I checked out early in the morning, but there was no staff at the front desk and no bell to call for assistance. When knocking on the desk produced no response, I knocked a second time. Suddenly, a staff member snapped at me, saying, “Once is enough. You shouldn’t knock twice!” He repeated this remark three times in an angry and aggressive manner. When he finally came out, he offered no apology and displayed an utterly unpleasant attitude. As for the hotel’s location, it is far from the station, requiring a walk of more than 10 minutes up a fairly steep hill. There are also very few places to eat in the surrounding area. In the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off and continued ringing for some time, causing considerable panic among the guests. In the end, nothing had happened, yet the hotel provided no explanation whatsoever. The following morning, the same kind of false alarm occurred again, and once again, there was absolutely no explanation from the hotel. This was an extremely unpleasant experience that seriously tarnished my memories of my stay in Paris. I left feeling deeply disappointed and frustrated. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

こじんまりしているが、お洒落で清潔なホテル。 ロケーションも良い。スタッフも親切でした。

最上階の円窓がある部屋の予約をしていたと思っていたが、実際は4階の部屋だった。予約サイトの写真には、円窓のある部屋の写真だった。それもガッカリだが、スイートに宿泊しているのに、チェックインの時に部屋まで案内されず、自分達だけで部屋に入った。 バルコニーがあると記載されていたのに、実際はなかった。あと、窓から見えるエッフェル塔ビューの部屋のはずが、工事の仮囲いがあり、エッフェル塔の全容が見えなかった。過大表示すぎてガッカリしましたり

夜遅くのチェックインに快く対応してくれた。 チエックアウト後に無料で荷物を預かってくれた。 フロントの対応がとても親切。

客室はとても綺麗で清潔でした。スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしく助かりました。設備も充分でした。
