The airport shuttle arrived on time and when my flight was earlier than the airport shuttle availability, I was given a voucher for a taxi. The staff were friendly and professional.

Easy to walk to everything. Safe and clean neighborhood.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly. Checking in was super easy. The staff would call up to your room to make sure the room was up to your standards. The only thing I didn’t like is that you already paid a lot for your room and you had to pay extra for parking!

We spent the week exploring and visiting gardens and sights. Each day we returned to find our room tidied up and bed neatly made. This was our 5th stay at the Pinnacle.

Had an incident but hotel took responsibility right away and took care of the situation appropriately so will definitely stay again.

Thought the boutique hotel would have offered a cool vibe. It is wedged into the side of a commercial building. Our room looked into a brick wall 4 feet from our window, making the room dark. The bathroom sink/counter was very small. There was no restaurant on the premises and only a Nepresso machine for coffe.
