Located.
Checkin and checkout was seamless , early checkin now allowed since third party involved for key pickup
1 out of 3 Curtain was not available in the bedroom , causing bedroom exposed, shower room was leaking, but I am sure they will fix prior to next rent out.

Great location and for a family of 6 it was more than spacious for all of us. The apartment is a little older but had everything we needed.

Beautiful new facilities
Dining options limited to 2 course or 3 course package but we drove to the pub at Yarra Glen (10 mins) and had a great feed at pub prices
Beautiful views at Breakfast
We were unfortunately the only other guests that were not part of a 100+ delegate conference so we did get woken up when they were returning to their rooms after a few sherbets late at night

Excellent location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in the city. If walking isn't your thing, the tram is less than 1 block away. The room was comfortable and amazingly quiet. We couldn't hear anything happening in the city. Friendly staff members just added to the experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at the 1 Hotel Melbourne. Everything was perfect! We couldn’t have been happier with the service, locality, food (restaurant breakfast & dinner) and drinks (cafe & bar - Taco night Sunday is fire) were world class. If you want to spoil yourself or celebrate something then stay here!

This is now my go to hotel in Melbourne. Rooms were spacious. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Location is excellent. We stayed for nights and can’t fault them.
