BUT—big but here—the moment we stepped inside, all our fears vanished faster than free Wi-Fi on a family road trip.
The rooms? Spotless. Clean, comfy beds that didn’t feel like they were borrowed from a 1980s hospital...
「This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them.
