The entire experience from the hotel room, the beach, the pools and the staff was absolutely incredible. Staff and butler were incredibly attentive and welcoming. 10/10 experience. Would absolutely return.

we checked in on the 16th and i did a 765 dollar upgrade to a fountain view room on the 18th floor. no one bothered to tell me the fountains were not working. we were ther from thursday until sunday morning and never once saw what we thought had paid for. had we known the fountains were not funtioning ...

Nous avons vraiment adoré cet endroit. Magnifique plage très calme, chambre sobre et spacieuse, excellent service. Aucune attente aux restaurants et excellente nourriture pour un tout inclus. Nous avons aimé notre petite piscine privée (casita).

This place was absolutely phenomenal! It was always very clean and there was plenty to do everyday that was scheduled by the resort.
