Zürich Opera House

Great location right next to the train station. Lots of food in the area and easy to use the rail system. Room was clean and staff was very nice.

It was very close to train station, restaurants and old town.

We had a long day, we were tired and after navigating Zurich streets & traffic finding a parking space - frustrating to say the least, we arrived and attempted the self checkin (I had registered earlier that day) but was having trouble opening my account etc.. The receptionist, wish I could remember her name, starts with 'M', was an absolute lifesaver. She calmly took care of us, got us a physical key, directed us to the parking ramp, and basically reset us from our downward spiral. Other than that, the hotel was perfect for our stay. Thanks.
