"The hotel is fairly nice, but expensive for what you get. Staff is attentive and friendly but the rooftop pool has no service so you’re on your own if you want food or drink. They try to follow you around but you can be waiting for service some times. It’s a bit out of the way but 15 minute drive to town. They keep it very clean! A nice quiet hotel. They need to setup a WhatsApp service for concierge and service. "

"Hotel is off main thoroughfares so was quiet. We still had very easy access to Paseo de Montego with an easy two minute walk. Paseo 60 was a short walk away for several excellent restaurants. Hotel itself was immaculate! Very clean top to bottom with a stunning courtyard and pool area. "Fabulous central location for this beautiful courtyard palatial property. Our room was just to the right of the reception and was massive. Israel at the reception was most helpful and polite.
