「Dead basic no frills, perfect for our needs! Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast to set you up for the day. Great bus service with a stop very near takes you to Penzance in about 5 mins. I will stop again. Cheers.」

「When booked it says take blanket&pillow case?no need bedding is included.. Shared bathroom clean&tidy. After 10.30 gets really loud with jukebox,on a main road..if you a light sleeper this is no good.but i enjoyed my stay it was for one night..breakfast was excellent! Cereals toast and a full English was excellent for my journey I would definitely stay again if was down that end..very impressive. 」

「Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. 「We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and have yet to hear back from a Manager regarding the numerous complaints we had with the service experienced. To begin with, I will note the positives: Clean room Friendly staff Beautiful views Now the negatives: Upon checking into our room at 7pm (following a telephone conversation had earlier in the morning regarding our children and dog joining us) we discovered that the extra beds were not in our room ready for our children to sleep on....

「The hosts were lovely. Clean, safe, comfortable, good common area includes fridge, glasses, plates & cutlery. Delicious breakfasts with a view of the colourful boat harbour. The pub in Mousehole (5 min walk) was good. Parking is a short distance away but make sure you have cell / text service to use the parking app in case the only machine in the lot isn't working as the next lot is 2 miles away! Would stay here again!!!」
