The kitchen staff are lovely and same with the hammam & spa. "Such a wonderful stay at this beautiful Riad. From start to finish we enjoyed excellent service and kindness; nothing was too much trouble for Oumaima during the day and evening or Marouane during the night and at breakfast. They contacted us via email prior to our stay to provide information regarding an airport taxi transfer or dinner at The Riad. The organised airport taxi was stress free and we were greeted and personally escorted by Ouamaima to The Riad. Mint tea and treats awaited us, as well as a tour of The Riad before checking in to our beautifully clean, comfortable and well equipped room. We were given a map and recommendations on where to visit, where to eat and where to change money. Oumaima also gave us her WhatsApp number in case we needed anything, even on her day off! We enjoyed a drink on the terrace and only gave 2 hours notice for having a traditional Moroccan dinner freshly cooked at The Riad on our first night. This dinner, (a selection of traditional dips, bread and tagines) and the delicious traditional breakfasts (yoghurt, orange juice, fruit salad, breads and pancakes) were all freshly cooked and homemade by the resident chef. On our last day, we were welcome to stay in The Riad until our departure time after checkout, continuing to be looked after with tea and sweet treats. The organised airport taxi transfer and personal escort back to the pick up point was seamless. A beautiful stay in a crazy but great city! Thank you; so kind! "

"The riad was beautiful and exceptionally clean, with charming Moroccan décor and a touch of French elegance. We stayed in the junior suite, which was absolutely dreamy. The rooftop terrace was a stunning spot to watch the sunrise and sunset, with views of the Atlas Mountains in the distance. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning and absolutely delicious. After long walks exploring the city, the small pool was perfect for dipping our tired feet and relaxing. The riad is ideally located — everything is within walking distance. Abdolah and Idris were wonderful hosts, always warm, attentive, and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The housekeeping staff were lovely too, constantly ensuring the place remained spotless. Overall, our experience was excellent. "Stunning bedroom with very good "

"The room and the Riad was beautiful it was just the authentic experience we were looking for. We had two private patio areas to relax on a morning or evening. Travelling as a group of two Mums with their teenage daughters we were hesitant if Morocco was the right choice for us but had a great time. The riad team kept in touch with us by what’s app and ordered our airport transfers. This was fantastic as we would have struggled to find the road on our own without internet. They came out to meet us and took our bags. We were welcomed with mint tea and they kept the restaurant open late for us so we could eat dinner when our flight was delayed. They helped us with directions, excursions and friendly advice without any pressure. The breakfast was different each day with lots of options. We stayed for three nights and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, the streets outside are very busy but everyone is friendly and will help you if you get directions confused. I used a foreign esim for three days and google maps which worked well. If you are sensitive to noise there is a mosque close by and you can hear the early call to prayer so take some ear plugs however not all of our group heard it. Don’t forget to spend all your local currency before you leave as airport shops don’t accept it only the restaurants ( which also don’t have alcohol ) "
