Ibrahim was an excellent host and arranged an alternative excursion when our other supplier fell through. They also warn you about Hustlers that will try to show you the way to hotel, they charged me $20 for 5 minutes of time (as I sadly found out because I didn’t listen). They are persistent everywhere in Marrakesh and not just limited to the hotels, don’t let them follow you and don’t interact with them. 」

"I stayed here for 4 nights. I had had an upset stomach in the Sahara Desert and had to cancel the tour transfer for the next morning. Then, a staff member came to my room, took me to the pharmacy, and helped me buy medicine. Idriss and all the staff took care of my health and were very kind.
Also, even after I recovered, l could reserve new tour here, and after returning from the tour, he picked me up , as it was located in a complicated area of the medina, so I got lost.
