"The place looks *so* much better in the photos on the website; in person, there is a huge difference. The small pools were very dirty and completely unmaintained. The bathroom was also poorly maintained—the toilet bowl actually wobbled whenever I sat down. The staff members were very pleasant, but the hotel is in dire need of extensive maintenance. Furthermore, actually finding the hotel inside the Medina was an absolute odyssey! The GPS seemed to get completely lost, and nobody in the area knew where the place was. I ended up wandering around in circles—tired and thirsty—for over 35 minutes. Honestly, it was all a bit of a hassle."

"I have to say, of the 3 places I stayed in Morocco, this had the worst internet, but everything else exceeded the others and all expectations. Breakfasts were very good. The front desk staff was superb. A gentleman even helped me with my bags down the street to meet my taxi. "

Mohamed and Amine were especially helpful to us with arranging transportation and making sure we get to our destinations on time and safely. The breakfast was amazing and there were lots of options with fresh fruits and vegetables. Our room was spacious and clean. We highly recommend this hotel and good location in the medina. "
