前日、息子が体調崩し気になり、オーナーに連絡した所、早く到着しても対処すると返信もらい安心しました。細やかな対応、気配り、お部屋の清潔さ、とても安心しましたし、リラックス出来ました。手洗い場に置いてあったオリーブ石鹸もとても良かった。お土産に買って帰れば良かったと思いました。今度も又、利用したい施設です。

I understand why this Riad is rated so well. The host is incredible - very personable and nice. The property is in a great location - roughly 15 minute walk to the main square. The Riad is in excellent condition and is very nice. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

This place was beyond amazing. A very Zen like atmosphere with a host that was friendly, helpful, and just a pure pleasure. The attention to details in the rooms, terrace, and lobby were what stood out as one of our favorite places we stayed in while visiting Marrakesh. Breakfast was served on this exquisite terrace. More food than I could imagine for breakfast and so delicious! I highly recommend if planning a visit. You will not be disappointed!

Our stay at Riad Sakura was a perfect way to immerse ourselves in the culture of old town Marrakech. The room had both the heritage character and a clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. The room was serviced very well daily. The breakfast was also part of the cultural experience served on the traditional rooftop terrace given the good weather. Eriko was a great host and she looked after us well. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Full of character and charm, the hotel is a pleasure to stay in. Comfortable room, well presented and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect for wondering around the Madina but also close to taxis and buses. Wonderful host and excellent breakfast. Sadly, I had to cut my trip short but will happily return.

The riad is lovely and well kept. The room is nice and comfortable. Very good breakfast with local staples (msemen, batbout, amlou, Berber omelet). At check-in, Eriko took the time to share the map of the city with her personalized recommendations. A couple of days before, she reached out to check if I needed airport transportation which I thought was a nice touch. Great location in the north of the Medina, very close to the taxi drop middle school (collège) Mohamed V. I liked the nearby shops more than the ones in the souk.

I transferred from another local hotel to this Riad and Eriko, after responding promptly to my messages and questions, greeted me kindly and courteously at the door and had my room ready to go. She provided me with information I needed, a map of the Medina and suggestions of where to go. The riad was renovated by her with care and incredible taste, is a very quiet and beautiful respite from the bustling, crowded alleyways of the Medina. The breakfast was delicious and hot. Would recommend 200%. Absolute 5 stars ⭐️.

Everything about Riad Sakura was lovely. Eriko was friendly, helpful and has decorated the place especially beautifully. The beds are comfy, there is plenty of hot water, tea and a kettle in each room, delicious breakfast and friendly cats that kept my kids occupied. The room has a mezzanine floor, which my son really liked, as it felt like he had his own private space a bit. It would be nice if dinner was available on request after a tiring day, but there are plenty of places to eat within 5 minutes, so it certainly wouldn't stop me going back. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

My family and I loved staying at Riad Sakura ! Eriko and her staff were so kind and accommodating to us. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We felt like we were treated like family. The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. We would definitely recommend staying at this Riad .
