Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Riad Timnel pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur grande convivialité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté irréprochable des lieux ainsi que la qualité des services rendus tout au long de notre séjour. Pour celles et ceux qui auront la chance de s’y rendre, nous recommandons vivement l’excursion proposé au riad à ne surtout pas rater : la magnifique Vallée d’Ourika. The room was beautiful and very clean. The atmosphere of the courtyard was always calm and a very relaxing place to be. But above all else, the staff was more than courteous. Moad and Nadir went above and beyond for me and my friend during our stay. Made us feel welcome, and had great conversation.

This was our family’s first visit to Morocco and it was incredible! Arriving in Marrakech was a little overwhelming at first, but the staff at the Palais took care of every detail for us! We felt very safe and welcomed, our room was beautiful and clean, and every recommendation for sights to see and places to eat was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here for the location, but more importantly, for how accommodating and pleasant the hotel was.

False advertising. It was unhealthy and moldy. Broken windows, doors and amenities. We spend one cold night without heater and quit and booked a nice hotel. Please reimburse my money.

The room and the Riad was beautiful it was just the authentic experience we were looking for. We had two private patio areas to relax on a morning or evening. Travelling as a group of two Mums with their teenage daughters we were hesitant if Morocco was the right choice for us but had a great time. The riad team kept in touch with us by what’s app and ordered our airport transfers. This was fantastic as we would have struggled to find the road on our own without internet. They came out to meet us and took our bags. We were welcomed with mint tea and they kept the restaurant open late for us so we could eat dinner when our flight was delayed. They helped us with directions, excursions and friendly advice without any pressure. The breakfast was different each day with lots of options. We stayed for three nights and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, the streets outside are very busy but everyone is friendly and will help you if you get directions confused. I used a foreign esim for three days and google maps which worked well. If you are sensitive to noise there is a mosque close by and you can hear the early call to prayer so take some ear plugs however not all of our group heard it. Don’t forget to spend all your local currency before you leave as airport shops don’t accept it only the restaurants ( which also don’t have alcohol )

We were treated amazing by Mohamed and the staff. The room was very nice and specious with our own terrace and another large terrace outside our room. It was safe because they always lock the door of the riad. It is located inside the medina but not near the heart of the medina, maybe a 10 to 25 min walk from it which was very walkable. We are grateful for the great service we received from all the staff!

We had a great stay at Palais Tinmel and the staff members were amazing. They were accommodating and friendly, assisting us with transportation and more. The property is also beautiful and we enjoyed our time there. However, be sure to schedule your pickup and drop offs in advance because taxis do not fit in the small streets. It is easy to get lost walking but tuk tuks are a common form of transportation.

The Staff, made all the difference, Mouad and Mehdi, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and satisfactory, what a professional staff and spoke excellent english, they made me feel like I was staying at home. The service was Top notch. Due to my excellent experience, I am planning to come back to this property and stay longer. These two individuals are professional, hard working, serviable, knowledgeable, they represented the Riad as a five star hotel and provided an experience like no other, they made our stay seems seamless and less stressful. Their dedication was unmatched and enjoyed doing their daily tasks, the were empowered and solution oriented. My experience was the most enjoyable experience ever.
