The Ebor House is a stunning new three-bedroom home, fully refurbished to an exceptionally high standard, making it an ideal choice for any stay in York. The patio area includes a hot tub and seating, adding an extra touch of luxury.

Located just off the renowned Bishopthorpe Road, the property is surrounded by quirky shops, top-quality restaurants, and lively bars. Recently voted the Best High Street in Britain, Bishopthorpe Road is just a 10-minute walk from the city centre and all of York’s famous attractions.

As you enter the house, you’ll immediately notice, high-quality furnishings and appliances. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, with bifold doors leading to the garden, is bright, airy, and beautifully decorated. The living room offers ample seating for all guests, including a double sofa bed, and features a large smart TV.

The dining area comfortably seats 6, perfect for enjoying a takeaway from one of York’s many restaurants or a home-cooked meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The modern kitchen includes all the necessary appliances to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a cosy double bed and the third features a charming single bed. On the ground floor, a versatile sofa bed comfortably accommodates two guests, ensuring a restful stay for all.

The main bathroom is beautifully decorated with a modern touch and features a bath and overhead shower.

Great place to stay. Short, easy walk from train station and to main attractions. Delightful neighbourhood! House is situated just back from the local main street that has many independent and friendly grocers, cafes and restaurants. Young and old enjoyed our stay (family aged 6-76)
