"Location: very close to Omiya station (train station) so easy to get to Tokyo.
We went directly from Haneda Airport by Airport Limousine and it took a bit longer due to the traffic.
Breakfast: lots of various things to choose from. Very tasty. I couldn’t do the charge to the room and needed to pay in advance."

"If you're looking for a more upscale hotel in Omiya, Palace Hotel Omiya is an excellent choice. Staying here was definitely the right decision.
I arrived from Haneda Airport using the Airport Limousine Bus, which took about 70 minutes. It was so convenient because I didn't have to worry about hauling large suitcases through busy train stations. The bus stop is just steps from the hotel entrance.
The location is also ideal for travelers. It's only about a 3-minute walk to Omiya Station, and a pedestrian deck directly connects the hotel to the station. This made it incredibly easy to catch the Joetsu Shinkansen the next morning.
While there are several hotels in the area, Palace Hotel Omiya stands out if you're looking for a more refined experience. The hotel has an elegant atmosphere, and the staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight. The selection was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the live cooking station, where chefs prepared made-to-order egg dishes just the way you like them. It was a wonderful way to start the day.
If you're seeking comfort, exceptional service, and a touch of luxury in Omiya, I highly recommend Palace Hotel Omiya. It combines outstanding convenience with the polished hospitality that makes a stay feel truly special."
